i ve irregular recurring fever for past 20 days with sudden rise and fall of temprature, headache , tiredness and low urine flow. earlier i was diagnosed with mild prostate enlarge. kindly give me advice. my email - prem_chandra06@yahoo.co.in

Hello,

Please undergo a complete screen for infections in the form of CBC which includes total count and differential count and urine test. The cause can be treated accordingly. For prostatic enlargement you can later take Sabal serrulata Q twice a day as directed by physician.

Fever; headache ;tiredness;and low flow of urine can be due to infection of urinary tract;malarial;viral;typhoid etc.So since the fever is recurrent please get investigated like do a CBC;ESR;Urine routine;Widal for typhoid;and even Rapid malaria antigen to rule out malaria.With the reports consult a Physician and get examined and he will treat you accordingly.Now a days mixed infections are common so better get investigated and treated,
