Are Hot Compresses Advisable For Soreness In The Shoulder And Buttock?
my husband was cutting tree limbs, itcame down, knocked him down he rolled off 3 ft high retaking wall to road. Top of shoulder is real sore as well as buttocks on same side. he has iced it every 15 minutes. Should we apply heat as well, or is ther something else to do.

apply heat compresses after the first 24 hours after his hit, and you may apply reparil gel as well to decrease the pain.
