Hi,

Based on the symptoms you have described, it is possible that you are experiencing gastrointestinal distress, which could be caused by a variety of factors including a viral or bacterial infection, food poisoning, or an allergic reaction. However, it is also possible that your symptoms are related to other conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, or even stress.

Given that you are feeling better today and your husband has not caught this, it may be helpful to monitor your symptoms for a few more days to see if they improve further or if new symptoms develop. If your symptoms persist or worsen, or if you develop new symptoms, it would be advisable to consult with a healthcare professional to rule out any potential underlying conditions and to receive appropriate treatment.

In the meantime, it may be helpful to stay hydrated, get plenty of rest, and avoid foods that are difficult to digest or that could exacerbate your symptoms. If you are experiencing pain or discomfort, over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen may help alleviate some of your symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
