Are Irritation In Urethra, Weak Urine Stream, Pressure In Abdomen Signs Of UTI?

I was stupid and had unprotected sex with a prostitute. Now I am having slight irritation in my urethra, weak urine stream, pressure in my lower abdomen, and stomach pressure. I also start feeling warm all over intermittently. Do I have a UTI or possibly an STD?

As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
I will advise you to get certain tests like urine routine and culture, blood VDRL, HBsAg, HIV, done and show the reports to a doctor .
After examination by doctor, further treatment will be advised, according to reports. Avoid further unprotected sex with prostitutes.
