Right now am not able to express so am weighing between Lactogen formula and diluted packet milk. Which one is the recommended one, i ll be breastfeeding him during lunch hour break.

Let me emphasize on the fact that breast milk is the best food for a baby and there can be no alternatives to that. All the common feed supplements are cow milk based. Cow milk is hard for the baby to digest. Lactogen is such a cow milk based formula manufactured by Nestle and would be almost equvalent to diluted cow milk. NAN is a better substitute manufactured by the same company. In NAN, certain things have been added and removed from Lactogen to make it more like breast milk. In case you are unable to express, you might like to go in for NAN 1 Pro which would be right for your baby's age.
