Are Low Hemoglobin Levels, Traces Of Blood In Urine And A Family History Of Amyloidosis Serious Concerns?

I have a hemoglobin level of 8.3. That s lower than when I was in hospital for ten days at the beginning of july. I also have 30 level of protein in my urine with trace of blood as well. AMYLOIDOSIS IS a suspected diagnosis as it have been diagnosed is a couple of my family members. I am going for test. I am just extremely fatigued and have a long history of health challenges. I want to know how concerned should I be having levels of this nature. I am a black male 56 yrs old History of CHF among other challenges

Hello,

Low hemoglobin with blood in urine may possibly with chronic kidney disease.

Also check it out for renal calculi, polycystic kidney disease, urinary tract infection and cystitis.

Amyloidosis may need to be diagnosed by biopsy.

Get it done ultrasound abdomen, gingival biopsy, renal doppler and urine microscopy.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
