Are Lumps On Upper Eye Lid Of A 5 Month Baby A Cause For Concern?

My 5 month old daughter has two lumps in her right upper eye lid that don t seem to bother her, but I m wondering what they may be. I noticed the first one a couple months ago & decided to just keep an eye on it. There was some redness that comes and goes, it has gotten slightly larger, and now there is a second. Is this something to be concerned about?
