Are Missed Period And Leg Cramps Signs Of Pregnancy?

Hi,i have PCOS,im trying to conceive,im taking medicine for that ,Indukt 2.5mg,my periods will be 30 -40days,last 2 period was 40 days ,this time i missed my period it was 45 days,im getting leg pain and some different smell r coming in vagina ,either i will be pregant?

Most common symptoms of pregnancy are-
1.     Missed periods
2.     Nausea
3.     Vomiting
4.     Dry vomits
5.     Breast pain
6.     Some discharge from nipples
7.     Giddiness
8.     Loss of appetite
9.     Food cravings
10.     Frequent urination
11.     Increased vaginal discharge
12.     Sleepiness
You may get any of these symptoms.
