General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The main reason for muscle spasm and stomach pain in your case is dehydration. This happens because muscles need electrolytes such as calcium, potassium, and magnesium to work properly. Some home remedies are:
Sip small amounts of water.
Drink carbohydrate/electrolyte-containing drinks.
Air conditioned your house, give him fruit juice rich in potassium and magnesium.

If he doesn't feel better you have to go in hospital.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
