What Causes Severe Muscle Spasms In The Legs?
I have been having severe muscle cramps/spasms in my legs and feet. Had them in the past but has been three days in a row now. Thought may be dehydration first day but have been drinking a lot of water since then. The leg muscles are contracting on there own all the time with no pain.
