Are My Semen Analysis Report Results Normal ?

sir i am 34 yrs wt 80 kg i did my semen test the report shows that total count is 75 millons/ml,motility is nil,sluggishly progressive 35%,,non progressive 20 %,immotile 45% normal morphology 4%,morphological abnormalities 96%.the doctor has advised me to take carnisure 500.iam little bit confused whether i can have a kid in a normal way.please suggest me your kind advice

Your sperm are not motile which means some problem is making them not able to swim forward. This could require antioxidant medication which may improve the situation to remove the offending stress to the sperm. Also there is abnormal sperm which means some damage has taken place to them. You should eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid heat exposure to the scrotum. Don't use laptop over the lap. Keep away from hot objects, hot bath. Wear loose underwear. You can wait for 3 months or as much as your Doctor has advised and follow up with him. Be hopeful and positive.
