Are Nausea And Vomiting Normal After Taking Genette 35?

gud morning sir, my sister is diagnosed with PCOD 6 months ago, and she is 23 years old with height 5 2 and 70 kg wt. nw Dr. has started Genette 35, due to which she got nausea and vomiting. is it normally occur with this medicine or we have to discontinue medicine

GInette 35 contains both ethinyl estradiol and cryproterone which is used in the prevention of unwanted pregnancies from unprotected sexual intercourses. It is also used in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome or PCOS and its associated complications like excessive hair growth or hirsutism, acnes, irregular periods etc. Like other medications, this medication has some side effects too. It may cause nausea and vomiting after taking this medication. Other side effects of this medication are headache, sweating, dizziness, changes in appetite, fatigue, tiredness, dizziness, weakness, changes in body weight, impaired wound healing, easily bruising or bleeding, changes in sleep pattern, mood swings, depression, breast tenderness and enlargement, allergic reactions etc. These side effects are mild and go away over time as the body adjusts to this medication. Your sister can take antiemetics before consuming this medication. Your sister should not stop taking this medication without consulting her doctor.
