Are Nausea, Breast Pain, Abdominal Pain And Back Pain Pregnancy Symptoms?

I am experiencing pregnancy symptoms, (nasuea, breast tenderness, abdominal pain, lower back pain, etc). I took 4 home pregnancy tests and they have all been negative. My last full period was 12/5/16. I had what I thought might have a period 4 days late from my regularly scheduled period. It was only 3 days (it s usually 5-6) and unusually light. Should I just wait until my next period date to take an at home test, just to make sure?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Nausea, breast pain, abdominal pain are variable symptoms of pregnancy.
It should be confirmed by pregnancy test and blood HCG test.
Urine pregnancy test will give positive result once your period will delay by more than 7 days.
I would suggest to again go for urine pregnancy test after 4 days to confirm pregnancy.
Or you can go for blood HCG test to confirm pregnancy.
If tests will come negative then no chance of pregnancy.
In absence of pregnancy, your symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance,pelvic inflammatory disorder.
Take tablet meftal spas, proper rest, healthy diet, drink plenty of water, maintain proper pelvic hygiene
