Are Nettle Sting Like Marks On Wrists, Hands, Thighs Which Are Disappearing Serious?

Hi my 18 month has been fine and happy all day, she had a bath and we noticed that she had what looked like nettle stings on her wrists/hands, also on her thighs, after half hour it has nearly all gone but still a few remaining on her wrists, we took temp which was normal. Is this something for out of hour docs?

it may be insect bite allergy or any contact allergy. if its generalised one it may be urticaria. occult infection should be rule out by examining ear, nose, oral cavity, throat.if it reappears better to consult a Pediatrician.
