DEAR FRIEND I UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERNS, SEE PRESENTLY AS PER YOU COMPLAIN YOU HAVE NUMBNESS AND TINGLING AND MRI INDICATES BASILAR ARTERY NARROW ON RIGHT, FIRST OF ALL BASILAR ARTERY CAN NOT BE COMPRESSED ONE SIDE BECAUSE IT IS ONLY ONE BASILAR ARTERY YOU MAY HAVE COMPRESSION IN VERTEBRAL ARTERY.... OK LETS TALK ABOUT BASILAR ARTERY IF IT IS COMPRESSED THEN SEVERE HEADACHE GIDDINESS FEELING UNEASINESS AND SYMPTOMS IN BOTH SIDES OF BODY NOT ONLY ONE SIDE..... SO WHAT YOU ARE EXPERIENCING THAT MAY BE DUE TO COMPRESSION OF VERTEBRAL FORAMINA SO THAT ONLY 1 OR 2 NERVE ROOT MAY BE COMPRESSED.... SO NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT STROKE BUT BE CAREFUL CONTINUE WITH PRESCRIBED MEDICINES....
