Are Obimet And Evion Good Solutions To Treat Irregular Period?

Hi Doc,
Am 26 years old, 65kgs and 5.3 height.
I have very irregular periods may be two months once and diagnosed with PCOD, underwent an operation almost 2 years back for Ovarian cyst(left) and the same was removed. My doc prescribed Obimet SR 500mg (half tablet morning and night) , Zicovit, Meta-X, livogen & Evion 400. Am not sure why these tablets were suggested and am planning to get conceived for my first baby. Can these tablets help me in conception. I also do not know when i ovulate as my periods are irrerugalr. Need help to get conceived.

OBGYN 's  Response
Hi.PCOD people usually have irregular periods.Obimet is given to overcome insulin resistance and to control your wt. you can take full tab. twice a day.Other medicine is supportive. Have you got your ovulation study done and see whether you have ovulatory cycles or not.Consult your gynec and get thoroughly investigated to get help in conception and treatment accordingly. also get husband's semen ex. done.
Thanks.
