Are Pain Killers Like Ibuprofen Safe For Intake While On Clindamycin?

Clindamycin was prescribed by my dentist for an acute infection. This is a follow up to Amoxicillin which had not taken care of the infection, and I had been taking Norco for pain at night, and Ibuprofen while at work. Is there any danger of using these pain meds with the Clindamycin?

As you mentioned that you are using above mentioned medication and want to know their interaction
you can use ibuprofen,norco and clindamycine because no interaction between these medication repoerted.
