Are Painful Urine,hot Feeling And Itching On Skin Signs Of HIV?

hi just a few week ago I had a uti, after getting rid of the back pains and painful urine I started to feel bad again, I didn't have a fever but I felt really hot in the inside, my skin was really itchy everywhere, I went to the emergency room and all he said was "oh looks like you have dry skin" he didn't give me a urine or blood test I was heated. a year ago I had sex with a guy unprotected, could this be signs of hiv ?

Hello!
I would recommend that you get tested for HIV, as symptoms of infection can be very non-specific at times. Once that is ruled in or ruled out you can get down to addressing your symptoms.
