General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thank for your query.
Noted the history appendicitis months back. Went for interval Lap Appendectomy, and now surgeon says there is still some infection. This may be the remnant of the old appendicitis or an abscess that is not resolved and so on.
Pantop is a PPI for reducing the acidity part, Lyser is an anti-inflammatory which is stomach friendly, Digicaine must be a antacid.
You might have been a course of an antibiotic and other medicines too. Continue the medicines as advised by your Surgeon as he knows the best one for you.
