Hi,
I guess your concern is – once a delay in menses, will it always cause delay in consecutive cycle, as you have given I pill? Right? I got the picture.
I pill alters the
hormonal levels of women thereby prevents/decreases chances of women becoming pregnant. When women is off the drug, it takes some time for hormonal levels to return from altered levels to normal levels. Thus, there occurs plus or minus of expected date of periods. This is totally PHYSIOLOGICAL.
So your women is also going through the same process, Hence her menses are delayed.
With above discussion you can try out my suggestions:
1. But, I guess you are confused about dates. We are in January 2017, your problem was in August/Septemmber. If you are not confused about dates, then rush to gynecologist for immediate treatment. Its urgent, its more than 3 months.
If you have typed dates wrongly in confusion THEN ONLY follow these:
1. Have patience, wait till her menses occur.
2. You can do urinary
pregnancy test. This test kit is available at your nearby medical store at affordable price. Buy it and ask your women do it herself. If negative she is not pregnant, if positive she is pregnant. Visit as fast as possible for a nearby gynecologist for further help.
3. If urinary pregnancy test is negative, still menses doesn’t occur, I suggest you to visit a nearby gynecologist to look whats wrong going on.
4. If you are in a hurry, and your tension full mind doesn't allow to wait, then straight away head towards gynecologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
