Are Pimple Like Bumps On My Vagina Due To Herpes ?

Hi there, I have a decent amount of pimple likje bumbs on both sides my libia majoia and one right below my clitoris . Im 18 years old , 5 6 and about 125 pounds . i had HPV but havent had a wart in years . These are very weird, they hurt when urine touches them, but dont hurt at all when im in the bath . I have an appointment tomorrow to test if it is herpes but im freaking out and I need to have an idea before i go in . I should also note that they have been there for 4 days now and all 4 days I have been feeling really ill.

It seems that these bumps are due to HPV,
As you are going going for testing you will know the reason.
I advice to consult STD specialist.
