Are Rashes All Over Body, Anxiety And Weakness In Wrist Symptoms Of Lupus?

My daughter was told by her Dr she may have lupus, not sure what kind yet still taking blood to find out for sure.Shes 23 years old and has really bad anxiety. She breaks out with severe rashes all over her body.her legs get numb and not much strength in her wrist to even open jars.The Dr told her she HAS a severe case of vitamin B 12 deficiency. Her eyes are dark all around her eyes.Just wondering if lupus would cause this and does it sound like lupus or leukemia.They were saying that it could be leukemia before.I just want her to start taking the correct treatment as soon as possible. I very concerned as she is just not knowing.

Hello dear,
There are some of the more common symptoms of lupus:
Skin rash all over body
Arthritis (arthralgia,swollen joints,ankle swelling )
Sub-febrile fever or high fever (more than 100 F)
Prolonged fatigue
Pain in the chest when breathing deeply (pleurisy)
A butterfly-shaped rash across the cheeks and nose.
In blood test-anaemia,leucopenia,thrombocytopenia,LE cells, antibody to native DNA (nDNA),antibody to antibodies to denatured DNA
I suggest-
1. Consult haematologist.
2.Check B12 level in blood, blood test, LE cells and following up antibodies.
3.Take albendazole 1 tablet in the evening 1 day, Fexofenadine(Allegra) 1 tablet at night 10 days, Visilac 1 capsule 2 times 20 days,charcoal 3 tablets in the morning 5 days
3.Discuss with your doctor about taking prednisolon(1-2 mg/kg)
