Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1 ) First of all do not panic.
2 ) If you have got your periods, although scanty, then chances of pregnancy are almost nil.
3 ) But if have history of unprotected sex act in the previous cycle, you can confirm and rule out pregnancy by urine pregnancy test or in case of doubt by doing blood beta HCG test.
4 ) It won't be wrong on my side, to suggest that you get a proper sex counselling done. Use of barrier method like Condom is advisable, this will prevent unwanted pregnancy and STD.
I hope this answer helps you. Thanks. Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar
