Are Shortness Of Breath And Muscle Cramps Due To Anemia?

Yes, I m 69 years old. Just had a blood test this week. My RBI, hemoglobin, and hematocrit were all below normal by just a bit. I m experiencing shortness or breath and muscle spasms periodically in various places--legs, feet, sides, chest. Can this be caused from being anemic? Also extremely tired, perspiring more than usual.
