Are Smelly And Dark Discharges Normal?

I have taken the azithromycin 4 pills, on Monday, and realised that last night i was getting a light brown discharge with a slight smell, i have now realised today it is much darker and much more of it i am completly worried and my sexual health clinic is shut at the moment what is this? and is it normal?
