Are Sperm Count Of 58.2 And Motility 51% Normal?

Hi my sperm test are as follows:

Volume 4.7, ph 8.0, Viscosity=high, few clumps, Count 58.2 mill, motility=51, rapid progressive=40, slow progressive=11 non progressive=2, immotile=47, total progressive motile 139.5. Can you tell me what you think of these and should i be concerned with high viscosity?

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Sperm count above 20 million is good.
2. Motility of rapid progressive of 40% is excellent.
3. Not to worry. To reduce viscosity, be hydrated well. Along with it take Vit E supplements.
