Are Spinal Problems Related To Not Having An Orgasm?

Hello. I m a 33 yr old white female with severe DDD in my cervical/thoracic/and lumbar spines. It s safe to say that whatever discs aren t shriveling up they arre bulging at this point. So my question is...I haven t been able to have an orgasm. Should I contact my doctor and will it come back?
