Are Stomach Pain And Vomiting Signs Of Low Lithium Levels?
My doctor tested my lithium level last Mon and said it was low 400 ? She wanted me to add another 300mg tablet at night but decided against it because I was driving for the holidays. I have had really bad stomach pains mainly at nite. Last nite I threw up from 2 to 4am. Is this a side effect of a low level. Bad heartburn and diaherra....

I really appreciate your concern, no this is not the side effects of lower lithium but it seems to be due to some infection or allergic condition, I would suggest you to wait for some time and it will be okay soon but it is not the low lithium caused the symptoms hope this information helps.
