Are Stomach Pain And Vomiting Signs Of Ulcer Or Acid Reflux?

I have been sick with a feeling like I had with gall stones before I have it removed several years ago, Pain and hurting in my stomach up into my mouth, and between shoulders, vomiting bile, and cannot hold anything down, had ultra sound and CT on abdominal area and test showed no problem other that slightly enlarged liver with fatty tissue. I do not drink alcohol. Could an Ulcer or acid reflux cause these symptoms.

According to your complain you have irritable bowel syndrom.
In irritable bowel syndrom vomiting and test of it is acid like.
Constipation is released by diahrroa in irritable bowel syndrom.

Long standing irritable bowel syndrom may cause anemia and weight loss.
Stomach pain and bloting may present.

Abdominal ultrasound sonography is normal in irritable bowel syndrom.
Endoscope is helpful for further diagnosis.
