Are Swollen Feet, Dizziness, Loose Motions, Fatigue Related To Heart And Stroke?

My husband has suffered from a small heart attack and also small strokes over the last few years he has been experiencing Swollen feet and dizziness lose bowel and excessive tiredness over the last week wondering if theses symptoms could be related to his heart and should he see a doctor?

Dear sir/madam, Yes these symptoms are related to heart attack and decrased pumping capacity of heart ( which occurs due to damage to the heart ). Get echocardiogram to assess heart function, after that medicines can be titrated. Restrict salt and fluid ( preferrably less than 1 ltr per day ). Follow up with nearest cardiologist.
