Are Symptoms Of Headache And Tiredness Related To Pregnancy?

Hello- I had sex on January 10th the condom broke but the guy did not cum inside of me. I took the morning after pill the very next morning to be safe. I started bleeding on the 19th which lasted only three days. After that I started drinking a ton of water more than usual. I took two pregnancy tests already but both were negative. I have had some symptoms like headaches, tiredness, and no appetite lately. Please advise.

Hello,
You are almost safe as you have taken the emergency contraception within the stipulated time interval. The bleeding you had was due to the withdrawal effect as the pill contains a high level of hormone enough to disrupt the normal hormonal balance of the body. You can expect your next normal period to be delayed by a week or two. Your symptoms could be related to the persisting hormonal imbalance. If you do not see your next period within ten days after it is due or after three weeks after the incident, see a specialist for further management. Hope this helps.
