Are Taking Amoxyl, Ascoril And Panado Safe During Pregnancy?

Hi Doc,
I am 13weeks and 5days pregnant, visited a Dr five days-ago after examinations i was given, Amoxyl, ascoril, vitamin c and panado, expecting that i has pneumonia, i was afraid to take all this medication at once. Help me Doc, am i safe to take all these?
