Are The Below Symptoms Suggestive Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)?

regarding irritable bowel syndrome i was reading a thread from Dr vaibhav banait i have similar symptoms mentioned by the patient this was dr vaibhavs questions to his symptoms on irritable bowel syndrome symptoms dr vaibhav asked the patient the following - my replys are written next to the questions Based on your symptoms, it suggests the possibility of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It would be great if you answer some more questions in details to guide you better. 1. How long you are having these symptoms? - over last 8-10 years - experience incomplete evacuation of stools , pasty stools ,constipations - i take ayurvel once or twice a week. 2. How many times in last 3 months did you wake up due to motions? - none 3. Is there any associated abdominal pain? If yes, what is the effect of bowel movement on pain?increase/ decrease/remains same? - sometimes , mostly burps after meals and bloating 4. Did you notice any blood in motion any time? - no 5. Is there any fever? - no 6. How is your appetite? - only improves if i go to gym. regular appetie is poor 7. Is there any weight loss in last 6 months? - yes , i always remain underweight 56 kgs for 5.9 height 8. In any way, can you associate onset of symptoms with starting any medication? 9. What exactly does your laboratory report say? - i get normal reports , but i had gone through pancreatitis and hapetitis before 10 years. 10. What is your diet? How much is the milk intake? - i have allergy so i avoid milk

I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
IBS.Yes your factored complaints indicate IBS with Constipation.So I would suggest you to investigate the reasons for Constipation in your case,with help of your Surgeon and GI Endoscopist if need be.
Possibility of Fissure in ano/ Intero-external Piles / and Acute-Chronic attacks of Sentinel Piles/ or Perianal and Anal abscesses ? / With Diverticulosis / or with Crohn's disease.
I would suggest a tea diet with black tea ,with low food loads and this would help.
