Are The Black Stools In Baby Due Flagyl Intake By Mother?

I am breast-feeding my 5 month old. I took flagyl while breastfeeding some, and using some formula (my doctor assured me it was fine). My 5 month old just had a black stool. She has no other symptoms and is otherwise her usual self. Is the black stool from the flagyl?
