Are There Any Side Effects For Taking Nacfil Forte And Duphaston Tablets?

Hello Doctor, I have PCOD , I m 28yrs old. My weight is 65 and my doctor has advised me to take Nacfil Forte 1 pack daily for 3months and Duphaston for 2 months that I have to take after 19th day of my mensturation and monthly 10 so 20 tablets for 2 months. Can you please tell me, does the tablet has any side effects?

Hello,
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
You are having PCOD which is a condition where excess amount of sex steroid hormones are released and have lots of adverse effect on the body system.
The given drugs also contain hormones of different nature so to discourage and confuse the malfunctioning cysts so the do not produce much hormone and should degenerate slowly.
There can be some initial nausea, mood change but not much to worry.
carry on the treatment, if you have any problems then follow with your local physician.
