Are There Any Side Effects Of Body Fortress Whey Protein Powder?

I m a 19-year-old female who just started lifting a few weeks ago. I ve already noticed some results. My arms are a lot more toned. I want to gain some muscle, and I bought Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein powder last night. I m afraid it s going to make me gain weight as far as fat. I definitely don t want to do that. I weigh 120 right now. So my question is will it, and are there any negative side effects? Thanks in advance. :)

Hello,

Protein powder you take will not increase fat content in your body. it will provide only protein. The second thing you should take green leafy vegetable rather than carbohydrate-rich food.

It will not increase your carbs and ultimately fat content.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
