Hi,

Cifran is an antibiotic containing Ciprofloxacin and Crocin contains paracetamol used in the treatment of fever. Both these drugs can be taken together and does not cause any major drug interactions.Hence do not worry. Cifran does not cause fever as a common side effect.Any respiratory tract infection should be identified and treated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
