Are There Medicines Available To Reduce Weight?

Hi,I am Sudipto bose, I am student of graduation, my height is 5" 10 inch & my weight is 95 kgs.i have tried each & every thing,but my weight is not reducing,i want to reduce 20 kilos,can you prescribe me some medicine,that is surely going to reduce my weight.plz help me

I understand your concern.
Yes, there are some drugs available to reduce weight/obesity.

Weight loss medicines include orlistat, phentermine, lorcaserin, and phenteramine plus topiramate.

However, these drugs alone will never be effective.

You have to have a right combination of these drugs, diet and exercises along with other activities like Yoga.

You might also want to rule out any cause of Obesity like Hypothyroidism or Diabetes.
