Hello,

Both are not experienced in my patients. It may be due to sinusitis with eustachian tube block. Burning sensation in the lung may be due to pneumonitis or bronchitis. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Levocetirizine for five days. If the symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
