Just got results from urine screening for std's -- "pus cells occasional". "Epithelial cells occasional". "Gram negative intracellulardiplocci, or clue cells, or trichomonas vaginalis seen ; no yeast cells; problem? Am 71 year old, no pain on urination, but seem to have more need to urinate and more sensitivity at penis
Trichomonias is not normally supposed to be in urine. This would need to be treated and probably explains why you have been experiencing these symptoms of frequent urination and sensitivity at the penis. Please, talk to your treating doctor in order to get an antibiotic prescription for this.
