fibromyalgia etc. It increases the chemical mediators like serotonin and noradrenaline in the brain that helps to calm the brain and relax the nerves as well as treating the illness. Stopping Duzela abruptly may cause unpleasant side effects that is known as withdrawal syndromes. Withdrawal syndromes usually start within 24-48 hours after taking the last dose. Withdrawal syndromes are nausea or feeling unwell, weakness, tiredness, fatigue, leg pain, changes in appetite, mood swings, depression, sadness,
tingling sensation on. the skin, dizziness, irritability etc. So, you should not stop taking this medication abruptly and without your doctor's advice to avoid withdrawal syndromes.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
