Are White Discharges With Tiredness Normal After Foreplay?

Hi doctor, I am 22 male, my girlfriend got a problem hope it may not be serious. Last week we had foreplay not sex and she is 18 virgin, but after foreplay she was saying that some white color liquid get out of her virgina which is not usual that was the first time, even it not her period, and after that she was feeling so tired and energy-less, so please doctor help us to know that is it normal or not? And what’s the reason of that white color liquid got off? Thanks in advance.

I have gone through your query and understood the concern. The discharge she is experiencing is the usual vaginal discharge. During foreplay, secretion from the Bartholin's glands helps to provide enough lubrication during the sexual act. Also, with the release of the hormone 'Oxytocin' during the process, there is an enhancement of the vaginal secretion to enable free movement of the sperm upward, should an unprotected intercourse occur. Tiredness is an individual perception and varies from person to person. Please assure her that there is nothing abnormal and, if needed, ask her to have a proper clinical opinion. Hope this helps.
