Arm Injury Due To Fall. X-ray Shows No Breakage. Cannot Straighten Arm. What Is Wrong?

Hello my name is Amanda. I feel two weeks ago with all my body weight on my elbow. I went to medexpress and they took exrays. They said it did not look broke. I told them that I felt a crushing in my upper arm. An example is like a pop can crushing. The swelling has went down some but I still can't stand any weight on my elbow and I also noticed that I can not straighten it out all the way unless I force it. can you give me some idea what might be wrong or if I need to see a doctor?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain on moving the arm could be due to a soft tissue injury in the area. This needs adequate rest and immobilizaton for proper healing. Since the X-ray is normal, there is no need to worry.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
