Hello Strizy and thanks for writing in at HCM
I am a General Physician and wants to help you out. In my personal opinion go for Check X-ray of your shoulder and consult the doctor who operated it earlier. I don't know your age but usually in adults callous (union in the fracture) is formed in about 4 weeks.
You fracture was internally fixed with screws so their are less chances for displacement of the fracture but you have to rule out by doing X-ray.
So consult your doctor, get x-ray done and follow his advises.
