As Per The Findings In The Colonoscopy, What Is The Most Suitable Diet To Follow?

I had my colonoscopy test yester which was normal rectal exams no complications, impressions were-Diverticulum found in the transverse colon (562.10) and Internal hemorrhoids in the rectum (455.0).. My question is what should I be eating now ok YYYY@YYYY . thanks

Now you can start to eat what you want
I would like to say avoid constipation using
plenty of water
fruits, vegetables
avoid spicy foods
wishing you fast recovery
