Asthmatic And Using Bryicnal And Red Inhaler. Frequently Having Shortness Of Breath. How To Restore Lungs?

Hi I am an asmathic. I use bryicnal and a red inhaler which is a preventative . I recently had a check up and was concerned on the breath test I was told I had the lungs of a100 year old person. I am 56.i get short of breth a lot. Are there excersises I can do to restore my lungs to more use? Also my calf muscles get very sore from time to time

as you said youare on bricanyl and an inhaler iwould like to advise you to get proper evaluation as your asthma is not under control and it being persistent iwould advise you to visit your pulmonologist and step up your therapy
with may be use of oral steroids necessary
