At What Age Is It Safe To Start Formual Food?

Hi, My baby is 8 months old. Her weight is approx. 9KG. I used to give her formula food after 6 months. She got constipation from last 1 week. I gave Figolax drops and relieved little bit. Is formula food safe for her? Please advise us.

Yes.formula milk is better than cows milk.it contains right amount of calcium and phosphorus.so unabsorbed calcium is less in intestine. So chances of constipation are less.Give your baby more water and liquids..+ give fruit pulp,soup,mashed cooked vegetables...no biscuits please
