At What Intervals Should Baclofen And Zanaflex Be Taken?

I am taking Baclofen and Zanaflex for severe spasticity. The medications say 3 x day. I have been taking Baclofen at 8, 12 and 4 and the Zanaflex at 10, 2 and 6 more or less. Sometimes a little more spread out. Should I be taking it every 8 hours or at least more spread out? Like take both together at 7am, 2pm and before bed at 9 or 10pm? Thank you.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You should try to use the medication at least every 6 hours apart. If they are supposed to be used three times daily then using them every 4 hours is not enough of an interval.

I hope this helps
