Hello!
It is very possible that a combination of the amino acids, herbs or carnitine in the Animal Pack could be contributing to heart palpitations. I have seen people who are sensitive to caffeine react to ginseng and other similar herbs. However with any new onset of cardiovascular symptoms, such as racing heart, it is important to visit your primary care doctor for basic blood work and EKG.
Good luck to you!
