Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain after a knee replacement decreases considerably as compared to the pain prior to the procedure. The full relief from pain takes some time and a regular physiotherapy and hot fomentation.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Praveen-Tayal
